Retouching can be touchy
Some touch-ups make all the difference. ...maybe Band-Aid color wasn't the best choice for the background... These should flash back and forth between the original image and after photo retouchery.

Chris Ciccarelli...and sometimes the composition is fine, but you want to smooth out that satin and add some pearls, borrowed from a photo of Blythe Danner, to give a more upscale look. Thanks Blythe! Cheers.
